Discover Copenhagen's fascinating design details and learn the history, ideas and inspiration behind them, in a small group of max. 6 participants. We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. Eerst ontmoeten we elkaar bij ons thuis, zodat je hier tassen of bagage kunt achterlaten, dan lopen we zo de natuur in en na een tijdje zijn we in de wildernis. We zullen het koken boven een open vuur ervaren, en eten bij een geheime glade en een prachtig bosmeer. Zodra we ons huis weer hebben bereikt, zullen we genieten van de cultuur van de Zweedse stoomsauna, met spa-functies. In de winter kunnen we op het ijs gaan en in de zomer zwemmen we graag in de meren! Wat ik met mij deel is de favoriete hobby van mij en mijn familie en vrienden, en we delen graag alle kennis die we hebben opgedaan over de Zweedse natuur en cultuur sinds onze jeugd. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want. Our daily free walking tour is a very good start of your visit in Vilnius as it gives an overview of the city and it's culture. The aim of the tour is not only to to show for the city guests the highlights of Vilnius but also walk the group through the secret courtyards and passages that would be hard for the travelers to discover on their own. The tour starts at the Cathedral Square and we present you the brief history of Vilnius. You will find out how our Grand Dukes ruled the city and what enemies the Grand Duchy of Lithuania had in the Middle Ages. You will probably be surprised to learn how powerful, big and threatening the country was in the past. After some time, we take take you through the narrow, medieval streets of the old town towards an area where mostly Jews and Germans lived in the past. You will get to know about different nationalities that lived in the city, how they all cohabit together and what happened to them, as Vilnius today is not so multi-ethnic anymore. For the dessert, we will show you the Republic of Uzupis – the magical part of Vilnius that has its own crazy story.
